Broad City & Rural Connectivity: The network targets wide regional coverage across multiple districts, linking main cities like Vijayawada, Guntur, Eluru, Ibrahimpatnam, and Nuzvid, alongside deep rural routes connecting neighbouring villages.

Smart Portal Management: Keeping up with student convenience, NRIU tracks its massive fleet using active GPS tracking technology. Route updates, seat preferences, real-time locations, and annual transportation payments are integrated directly into the university’s official Student/Faculty ERP portal.

Multi-Spell Scheduling: To cater to diverse lab timelines, campus events, and placement drives, the buses run on a clean, dual-spell scheduling system:

          Slot I (Standard Commute): Arrival at 9:15 AM | Departure at 4:45 PM 

          (Covers standard daily academic instruction blocks).

          Slot II (Extended Hours): Arrival at 9:15 AM | Departure at 8:00 PM 

          (Maintains transport availability for students staying back for library hours, project labs, placements, or university activities).
