Tej Sai Moturu is CEO at Dr. RVR NRI Institute of Technology (Deemed to be University), with over 11 years of combined experience in academia and the construction industry. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada, and holds an M.Tech in Structural Engineering along with a B.Tech in Civil Engineering. His academic and professional journey reflects a strong commitment to teaching, research, and consultancy, having guided multiple undergraduate and postgraduate projects and undertaken industry-relevant assignments in material testing, stability analysis, and surveying. He possesses DGCA Approved Drone licence and specialized expertise in advanced surveying techniques, including drone and DGPS surveying, as well as non-destructive testing methods. He has also successfully completed a sponsored research project funded by CREDAI, Vijayawada.
Tej Sai has an impressive research profile with numerous publications in reputed SCOPUS-indexed journals, focusing on advanced concrete technologies, fiber-reinforced materials, and sustainable construction practices. He has also contributed a book chapter on DroneTech and its applications. He is a member of the Institution of Engineers (India) and a life member of ISTE.
