Dr. C. Naga Bhaskar is a distinguished academician with a remarkable career in Mechanical Engineering and researcher with over 34 years of professional experience, including more than three decades in teaching. He currently serves as the Pro-Vice Chancellor & Principal of Dr. RVR NRIIT Deemed to be University, Vijayawada. He holds a Ph.D. from Andhra University with specialization in Computational Fluid Dynamics and Heat Transfer.
Dr. Naga Bhaskar has actively contributed to research and development initiatives supported by agencies such as DST, AICTE, and UGC, and has been involved in various projects and in organizing numerous national conferences, workshops & faculty development programs. His expertise has also been recognized through his role as a conference chair, resource person, key note & invited speaker at various academic forums.
Dr. Naga Bhaskar has published over 46 research papers in reputed national & international journals & conferences, and filed four patents and has authored three textbooks. His research interests include thermal engineering, CFD, and energy systems. He has played a key role in academic administration, accreditation processes (NBA & NAAC), and institutional development.
A recipient of the Best Teacher Award from JNTUK and Best Researcher Award from ISME, he is also a Fellow and Life Member of several professional bodies, reflecting his commitment to excellence in engineering education and research.
